2023 Sweet Purcsin Basilicus

A naturally sweet wine made by soaking Furmint aszú berries in purcsin base wine at the end of its fermentation - a true Basilicus specialty!
The name “1608” refers to the year when, according to Márton Németh’s 1970 Ampelography, the first aszú wine from this grape variety was produced in the Tokaj region
For us, this is certainly the very first red aszú
